One of our core competencies is programming in LabVIEW. Since the first project in 1999, developing LabVIEW code for the telemetry system of a solar race car that used a PC-105 architecture, our LabVIEW code has been used on hundreds of fuel cell test benches, battery test stations, end-of-line testers and medical devices.
We offer PLC and LabVIEW project programming and commissioning services. Since 2010, we have commissioned over 1000 stations. In the process, partial functions or the entire stations were automated by us. From HMI to real-time critical control, we offer automation on Siemens, Beckhoff and WAGO platforms with integration of a Windows computer for visualisation, data storage and network integration.
Tirron Elektronik GmbH has developed and patented high-pole electric motors that can be used in many industrial applications without gearboxes.
As most industrial processes are operated at low speeds, conventional motors with high rated speeds can generally only be used in combination with a gearbox. However, this increases the inertia of the overall system and therefore limits the dynamic performance - especially in applications with short cycle times.
The high-pole motors from Tirron Elektronik generate a high torque even at low speeds and thus enable a direct, gear-free drive. This simplifies design and control, reduces losses and significantly improves system dynamics.
With this development, Tirron Elektronik offers an efficient alternative to conventional motor-gearbox combinations and expands the range of applications for compact, dynamic drive solutions.
